We deliver our services differently
We have a team of more than 900 experts. Many of our team have ‘lived experience’, which means they’ve actually been supported themselves and really understand what it’s like. They use this knowledge to guide customers on their journey. We also provide coaching and mentoring to give you practical assistance to achieve personal goals, develop relationships and more. All of our support workers are Cert III qualified or higher. Our size means that wherever possible your support will not be interrupted due to worker illness or holiday.
We’re entirely focussed on wellbeing services
Wellbeing is what we do and it’s all we do. We’re experts in providing supports and have been doing it for fifty years. We’re not an insurer or fitness provider that also happens to provide support services. Our undivided focus is on providing supports that improve our customers’ wellbeing. That means you can be sure you’ll get the best service possible. As a not-for-profit, we don’t have any shareholders looking for returns. That means we can invest our profit back into the organisation and community better to support our customers and the wider community.
