New Horizons was established on the premise of supporting and providing opportunities to people with intellectual and physical disabilities. Over the course of fifty years we’ve maintained our purpose and supported tens of thousands of people, evolving into one of the most diverse disability support providers in NSW.
Our expertise and network of more than 400 partners is why our customers trust us to support them, with many staying with us for 10 years or more.
This expertise and leadership was demonstrated when New Horizons was chosen to participate in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) pilot in the Hunter Valley in 2013. We’ve been successfully transitioning and supporting people under the NDIS ever since and understand how to navigate social, community, private and specialist disability support options.
Delivering choice and control
As a registered NDIS provider we offer verified standards of service and proven experience in delivering choice and control under the scheme. We offer a diverse range of supports and services – carried out at home or at one of our specialist properties.

- Support to complete daily living activities, worked towards your goals and realise your opportunities
- Support to remain autonomous in your own home or to find, secure and maintain accommodation
- Advice & planning for every stage of your support through planning, assessing and purchasing, including support coordination
